Think of it as a "First Date" situation. We chat, get to know each other, set expectations for the road ahead, and determine what capacity of help you require.

Design Consultation is the very FIRST stage of the project. 

We will spend the entire hour and a half discussing your project or even visiting on-site if applicable. Answering any and all questions you have regarding the project or the space, there is no holding back on ideas or suggestions during our visit.

This is the starting point for all projects and it is largely dependent on the scope of work and your questions. After that, you can decide whether you can tackle it on your own or if you would prefer to continue working together. 

Priced per scope & sq.ft

If you need help visualizing where to take your space, visual reference tools such as basic layouts, 3D Renders (aka realistic pictures) and Mood/Concept boards can be created based on what we discussed during the first visit.

This has proven to be invaluable information when talking with contractors or shopping for furniture, fixtures, or even paint. 

This is a unique service based on the scope of the project, the outline/proposal will determine the price based on our discussion.

There is NOTHING we love more than shopping with you, but also happy to do it FOR you. 

You choose the level of involvement here, i.e., whether you want us to tag along during the shopping or selection process while giving you some pointers or if you trust us to make those selections for you. 

Don't worry... no DECISIONS will be made on your behalf, just the possible selections supportive of the concept we agree upon. This applies to ANYTHING - finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and so on... of your entire project or just a part of it. You create your own adventure with this service!

This offering is also highly beneficial for new builds. If you're building a home and need assistance in making selections during your design studio visit. 

All of the selections will be organized in a neat and cohesive format - hence the SPECIFICATIONS of it all. You can then forward them along to the contractors or sales associates you're working with… or let us handle things further.
